There is no charge for project and/or protocol development; however, it is requested that the personnel associated with this Center that assisted in this development are written in on any grant and/or funding proposal.
If the project is already funded, there are two methods for service that are considered. One method is by writing the personnel in as % effort on the project. The other method is by keeping track of time on the project by Center members and applying the appropriate charge-back rate per hour toward the work on a project.
Another option of providing funding for Center services is to write in the Center as a consulting fee into your project/grant and negotiate a flat fee for the services that will be required for the project/grant.
