Service Charges

There is no charge for project and/or protocol development when the personnel associated with the Department that assisted in this development, and/or the necessary staff, are written in on any grant and/or funding proposal.

If the project is already funded, there are three methods for service support that are considered. One method is by providing adequate percent effort for personnel on the project. Another method is by keeping track of time on the project by Department and/or Center and Staff members and applying the appropriate charge-back rate (per hour) toward the work on a project.

The third option of funding for Center support is to negotiate a flat consulting fee for the anticipated statistical and/or informatics support necessary for your project/grant.
