Data Management (Data Cleaning, etc.)

If data is not captured directly into the database, but is collected on paper first, data will be entered into a primary and secondary database. Data will be checked for duplicates. Then data will be compared across the primary and secondary databases. All data entry errors will be checked against original paper forms. After comparisons have been made, a check for outliers will be run and again checked with the original paper forms.
